Our Company

Fused Technologies was founded in 2006. Our solution has always been to provide enterprise class IT solutions to companies with 10 to 250 users at a fixed price that they can depend on. We provide options that fit our customer’s specific needs and budgets, learning, how they work, and developing solutions for them. We know one solution does not fit everyone. We provide best in class monitoring and proactive maintenance while optimizing uptime and reliability. We create solutions that keep our clients running even if a disaster strikes. We ensure best practices are used and provide secure computing environments.

Our platform is so reliable that we now have clients with offices in seven states, on both coasts, while never compromising our mission, To Do IT Right, Keep IT On, Keep IT Simple, and Keep Our Clients Happy.

We are always available for our customers. We don’t have our customers go straight to voice mail, or navigate complicated auto-attendants. When you call, Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM, our receptionist will answer the call. If you are having technical problems, our Help Desk is there to answer your call, Monday through Friday 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM. And most importantly our Network Operations Center proactively monitors your network 24x7x365. If an issue arises that needs to be addressed we guarantee that we will start working on it within the hour.

Our Team

Though I always enjoyed working on computers, it wasn’t until 1999 that I began studying for my transition into the IT world. In 2000 I joined a Federal Way ISP and was the lead on setting up their technical support team until they failed during the dotcom bust. After joining a telecom venture that also went with the wind in the dot-com bust, I joined a prominent Commercial Real Estate/Pension Fund Management company supporting the IT infrastructure for the entire US. Our team developed remote tools and focused on making sure our end-users had quick access to support. In 2003 I left to work with a 100+ year old Residential and Commercial Leasing Real Estate company to streamline their IT infrastructure and provide network consulting services to their commercial clients and others. In 2006 the consulting business became Fused Technologies.

I get great enjoyment in simplifying the IT management of our clients’ systems and providing them with great customer service. I have built a team that does everything possible to keep our clients happy, and their systems running.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and watching our two children grow up. We like to spend time camping, hiking and traveling when we can.
